Spritle and Chim-Chim
Spritle is Speed and Rex's younger brother, who frequently gets in to mischief, with his pet chimpanzee Chim-Chim. They frequently stowaway in the trunk of the Mach 5 and usually end up either helping Speed or messing things up, or sometimes even both.
Spritle and Chim-Chim love candy and frequently fight over it. Villains and friends know to use candy to bribe them when they need information from them or need the two to do something for them.
Spritle is also on his way to becoming an accomplished driver
himself, creating and driving a replica of the Mach 5 as well as driving in an
all kids race in a miniature Formula-1 car Pops made.
In the live action Speed Racer (2008) movie Spritle will be played
by Paulie Litt.
